Dear Prospective Member:

Thank you for your interest in joining Chippanee Golf Club. At the present time we are running a great promotion. If you pay the 2009 dues in full (non-refundable), the initiation fee is waived. Also, you can begin enjoying use of the Club immediately.

Members are obligated to pay monthly assessments and food minimum. With this special promotion, new members will not be obligated for assessments or food minimum requirements until January 2009. Membership classifications are predicated on marital status. Single memberships are granted to individuals who are not married. (Refer to the enclosed "Club Fees and Dues" sheet for assessments and food minimum amounts.)

Please complete the enclosed application, with the signatures of two current members if possible, and submit it with your payment as soon as possible. Your application will be reviewed at the next Board of Directors meeting and you will be notified of your acceptance to Chippanee Golf Club.
